NAVEED AHMED versus GOVERNMENT OF BALOCHISTAN, EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, THROUGH SECRETARY

Article 199 Constitutional application for advertisement for cadre positions in the Civil Service Department of Education is considered to be a professional qualification and the respondents were only with the PTC for its high professional qualification. Cannot be given and respondents cannot be facilitated by them. On the basis of their PTC qualification, only an intermediate certificate was required for admission to the PTC, but a bachelor's degree was required to enter the BED degree. The petitioner had a better professional qualification than the respondent. The BED degree was issued on 11 4 2012 but the exam year was 2010 and the applicant had BED qualification but he got higher qualification than the candidates. Appo deserves High Court's directive that the authorities were instructed to rectify the errors in the merit list and issue an order of appointment to the applicant without further loss The constitutional request was dealt with accordingly.
