Section Pakistan Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), on the request of divorce arbitration, leave the request for divorce to the wife and send her notice to the student and the union council chairman (wife) in the meantime and Applicant's grant must be forwarded to the Arbitration Council for a grant. Responding to a notice sent to him by the Chairman Arbitration Council, who replied that since he had already divorced the defendant, he was not responsible for preventing his applicant from participating in the proceedings. In the event that there is no liability to pay restitution, the chairman held the previous proceedings and directed the defendant to pay restitution. The High Court requests the review of the petition filed by the petitioner, which has no jurisdiction and finally rejected by the District Judge of the Trial Court, for the declaration that the orders of the Chairman and the Collector were illegal. That civil courts were not able to entertain the case. As a petitioner, the dispute arising out of this came in the exclusive jurisdiction of the Family Court.
