Section Pakistan Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), on the request of divorce arbitration, leave the request for divorce to the wife and send her notice to the student and the union council chairman (wife) in the meantime and Applicant's grant must be forwarded to the Arbitration Council for a grant. That civil courts were not able to entertain the case. As a petitioner, the dispute arising out of this came in the exclusive jurisdiction of the Family Court.
