R 19 (2) The Constitution of Pakistan (1973), in violation of Article 199 Commissioner's order, raised such an appointment by the applicant to a dispute between the parties regarding the appointment of a limberman appointed by the Board of Revenue. The outgoing constitutional jurisdiction was challenged in the High Court. That the High Court writ could not interfere in the exercise of jurisdiction and the High Court erred in interpreting R 19 (2) of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Rules 1968 and had already approved the appeal in another. Was given Petition, on a similar basis, in the instant petition, leave the appeal allowed
