The Labor Court, through an appellate tribunal, issued a Labor Court amendment order allowing bank officials to conduct new inquiries from the stage. The Labor Court should have allowed a new inquiry because of fraud and abuse and if the employee was, in fact, a corrupt person, he could not be sued by the Bank of State.
