The Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923, Sections 22 and 30 of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VII of 1968), Section 12 (6), directed to receive the wrap of the deceased worker were not given under section 30 of the Workers' Compensation. Was not included under section 30 of the Appeal Act. The direction issued under Section 22 of the Directive shall lie in the Tribunal under Section 30, the appeal not incorporated under any section of section 30 was returned to the appellant on the basis of jurisdiction.
