Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 38 (3 a) Payment of Payment Act (IV of 1936), Section 17 was subject to revision exercises and the period of transfer of wages for employment, practice of unfair labor and pending before. On the request of the matter, the transfer order was challenged before the National Industrial Relations Commission. After the issuance of the station order, the Commission applied for wages for the period covered under section 15 (2) of the Payment of Workers' Compensation Act, 1936, and such application was made by the Labor Order of Authority to the Labor Court. Appealed before, hearing on appeal was adjourned till the decision of the appeal hearing. Appeal from the National Industrial Relations Commission refuses to interfere with the appellate tribunal's review against the Commission's decision if it is difficult to recover the amount of labor the worker receives.
