Article 199 Constitution Petition The admission of students to the University by virtue of the competence of the Academic Institution was that their admission was canceled against the rules of the University, which prohibited the individual act of the official working of the University. Source fraud was allowed. Applicants can take action against students and university officials against a criminal act of private arrangement that did not conform to their entitlement, which would not create any right in the favor of any of the applicants. This did not mean that they had shown their admission that the applicants had no right to continue their illicit achievements. Such wrongdoing cannot be sustained. No fundamental right was violated by the University Act in the unlawful termination of admission.
