Santosh Kumar / Medical College officials have again contacted them through the applicant to get admission. The name was appearing in the merit but he denied the application on the basis that in view of the explanation issued by the Intermediate and Secondary Education Board, there is no defect in the application form submitted by the applicant for admission to the Medical College error. It was, if later realized by the board and corrected. Issuing a letter to the Principal of the Medical College in which the applicant was seeking admission, the applicant was entitled to admission on the merit as he obtained more marks than the other numbers who were admitted, in referring to the High Court. The petition wasted no time and classes at Medical College recently applied
