Petition Rejects Article 3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973) Article 199 Criminal Code of Conduct (V9 1898), Sections 496, 497 and 498 in the Constitutional Petition Approval of the interim order of release of Ditto on the authority of the High Court jurisdiction. Contains the power to order the release of any kind of diatribe, pending the final disposal of a constitutional petition filed against him, such power does not flow from section 496, 497 or 498, of the Code of Conduct, but of the Constitution itself. Article 199 excludes.
