The Sindh Tenant Limitation Ordinance 1979, 1616 (), in the case of miscellaneous rent, refuses to submit the lease by the tenant, after having temporarily passed the rent order and the landlord refuses to submit the rent. The Order of Rent Control has withheld tenant defenses. If the dues are paid and future rent is regularly deposited by the tenant, then one side and the case should be settled on merit.
