ORDER

It is stated by the learned counsel for the state on instruction from ASI Bashir Ahmad that no offence under section 452/34 PPC was made out against Muhammad Rashid petitioner during investigation and that he is being challaned only for the offences under sections 323, 324/34 PPC. These offences are bailable. The interim bail allowed to the petitioner vide my order dated 21-6-1986 is confirmed. This petition is disposed of.
