This is a petition for grant of leave to appeal from the order of Sind High Court, dated 23‑1‑1986 rejecting petitioner's request for grant of bail pending his trial in a case under section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
2. After having gone through the case, we find that no exception in law or on facts can be taken, with the view that has prevailed with the High Court. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
