Muhammad Nawaz and Muhammad Yar petitioners alongwith another are accused of the murder of Muhammad Boots. A private complaint was made against them. The, matter was also referred to Martial Law Authorities. Judicial enquiry was also held and the two agencies found A the petitioners innocent. The complaint has now come up before the Additional Sessions Judge for adjudication.
2. The petitioners are allowed bail in the sum of Rs.10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
