‑‑S. 497‑‑Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Ss. 10 a 11‑‑Bail, grant of‑‑Report of Chemical Examiner, received after examination of swabs, giving a negative finding‑‑Held: A case of further inquiry‑‑Petitioners allowed bail, in circumstances.

ORDER

The report of the Chemical Examiner, received, after the examination of the swabs, gives a negative finding. The question whether any offence has been committed is, therefore, of further inquiry. The petitioners are allowed bail in the sum of Rs.10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) (1) each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C., Kabirwala.
