Claims arising from the insurance policy issued before the commencement of the sections 115, 118 and 121 insurance ordinance, 2000 Recovery of damages for late settlement of the claim of the forum insurance ordinance, 2000, the insurance policy was issued on 1 7 2000 2000, before the claimant of this ordinance demands recovery of damages for settlement of the claim, under section 118 of the Insurance Ordinance under the Insurance Tribunal, in connection with the payment of late settlement damages. There will be no extension. The Insurance Ordinance, policies issued before the beginning of 2000, therefore, the insurance tribunal established under the said ordinance would not have the power to adjudicate the matter, the claimant was allowed to go to civil court for his claim. , Accordingly the appeal was allowed.
