Article 199 Responding to a constitutional petition against a private limited company, the respondents booked five tractors from the appellant company (a private limited company) and submitted the required amount and instead claimed the price of the tractors at revised rates. Gone, a single High Court judge disposed of a constitutional request under which the appellant company was directed to hand over the tractors to the respondents, confined to those working within the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court. It was a private company belonging to the affairs of the Federation or the Appellant Company, thus the High Court's jurisdiction was not attracted. After submitting the cost of the tractors, the respondent may be entitled to supply them but the matter still remains. The High Court could not instruct the appellant company to hand over the tractors to the respondents in their compensation. The constitutional petition filed by the respondents was not stable, and the result was dismissed by a single High Court Judge, allowing an intra-court appeal.
