Failure to comply with Section 497 Contempt Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 406 breach of confidence guarantee, trial court's failure to comply with the trial court's directions within a prescribed period, The bail plea of the accused was on bail. The High Court dealt with the trial court within three months of the direction of the trial; the trial court recorded only two witnesses' testimony, so far the trial court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant.
