Article 5, Schedule Constitution Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional application for recovery of property in Colonel No. 17 of the Family Court jurisdiction's jurisdiction was given to the wife at the marriage of the parties but her recovery case was not sustained before. ? The family court wife was required to file a civil lawsuit to recover such property. Decisions and decisions of the two courts were kept separate to the extent of recovery of the property mentioned in Colonel No 17 of the marriage contract while the rest of the judgment and decree were retained. The Constitutional petition was granted in a free manner by filing a civil lawsuit seeking to recover the property referred to freely in Col. No. 17 of Nakanama.
