Did not fall under the prohibited clause. The seven-year prison prosecutor has no history of the defendant present, indicating that he has ever been involved in a crime of the same nature, and therefore, for the first time, the defendant deserves a bail in the case of bail. An investigation into the matter was completed. And the suspect was no longer needed for further investigation
