Sections 5, 21 and 22 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), A XXXXX, RR 1 and 2 pre-emption suit vendor scope were applied for a temporary injunction restraint on the property by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pre-Empty Act of 1987. Provision of a temporary injunction in favor of a pre-emptor in a suit institution under the method of meeting the situation of immovable property and seller improvement or otherwise pre-discrimination was not attracted. In the case of transfer of property or any change in the nature of the case, there was a special procedure for the improvement and change of property status and status as a special law before the institution suit and the status quo was maintained. Precautionary orders will not be drawn. In the pre-arrest case, the plaintiff did not indicate any wrongdoing in an unknown order.
