MUHAMMAD RAHEEL ALIAS SHAFIQUE versus STATE

Section 2 302 (b) Qatil reiterated the evidence confirming the registration of the FIR immediately following the death sentence for sectarian death. Special charges were supported by the medical account after the arrest on the spot, the effect of which was registered in the FIR very fast and the accused was named in the FIR. Specific allegations were leveled against them which caused the two victims to be particularly hurt, and such allegations were later substantiated and proved by the three eyewitness accounts. The premises in which the incident took place and which was nothing but a natural witness was a sectarian rivalry in the present case which was not seriously suspected during the trial of medical evidence and natural and permanent witnesses. They provided helpful assistance to the hollow account offered by me. The suspect was apprehended on the spot and had a physical confrontation with Todd as well as the weapons recovered from his custody were handed over to the local police minutes after the incident took place, according to the prosecution. The involvement of the accused involved in the murder was proved beyond reasonable doubt and accordingly the appeal was dismissed and the sentence awarded to the death sentence was upheld.
