The federal government can legislate in relation to these trade unions and workmen regarding such trans provincial entities; the Parliamentary Companies like the Industrial Relations Act, 2012 were responsible for the legislature of SEPTCL and WAPDA and Legal powers such as NADRA were established by the Federation or under federal law by companies and legal authorities that are constituted by the Federation or by federal law (Federal Legislative List), Schedule IV, Part I, Item No. 31 and Part II Item The numbers will come in, item number 3 of the Constitution, since such legal authorities Establishments exist in all the provinces and will cover them (federal) as well.
