R Provincial 64 Provincial Bar Council, Tehsil Bar Association Forum Jurisdiction for Complaints Once the tehsil bar elections are held, the aggrieved party has the jurisdiction of the Provincial Bar Council by filing an election application under R 64 of Punjab Rules. Had to make an exception. The Business of Association Memorandum cannot approach the Bar Council for resolution of the Association and its grievance unless approved by the Provincial Bar Council in terms of Ordinance R64 on the request of any affected party. And with the consent of both parties, the Supreme Court directed that they return to the position before holding elections for the Tehsil Bar, and the chairman of the Election Board said the Tehsil Bar should hold new elections.
