MUHAMMAD ASLAM AWAN versus FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN

Under the Articles 184 (3) of the Constitution Articles 183, 197 and 184 (3) of the Constitution (Lahore), the international standard rules of the High Court Judges relating to the inter-seniority of the High Court Judges are the order of appointment of a High Court and The date shall be calculated as the Additional Judges of this Court under which the Additional Judges of the same Hydrate have been appointed and the date shall be taken seriously in the age of appointment of two years or more. The candidates were made along with the candidates of the bar, the service-related judges will maintain their current seniority in the sector irrespective of their age, though due to the incoming candidates from the bar in respect of their seniority. What would be the factor? The Supreme Court observed that since then the establishment of High Courts in the country has been exceptionally permanent and has been otherwise. The constitutional application for fair distribution of justice was dismissed accordingly
