S. 115 read with Ss. 3 & 4 and Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) Ordinance (XIX of 1979), Ss. 3, 5, 6, 7, 11 & 12‑Revisional jurisdiction of High Court‑Special Court established under S. 5 of Ordinance, a Court of special jurisdiction and not a civil Court of general jurisdiction subordinate to High Court‑Interlocutory orders passed by such Special Court‑Held, cannot be assailed before High Court in revision under S. 115, C. P. C.‑[Revision (civil)].
