In the absence of any defense to appear and the former effect, the court had no option but to accept the plaintiff's claim that he had purchased the suit property through the defendant's contract. And with full attention to it, the High Court directed the court to implement and sign the sale process. All documents relating to the transfer of suit property in favor of the plaintiff and the recording of the statement by the defendants before the relevant sub-registrar were decided accordingly under the decision of the plaintiff.
