Section 22A & 22B applicant challenged the Applicant's order for FIR to be filed under section 22A and 22B challenging the order of Justice Peace, the PC applicant filed a special petition. Was to instruct Section H to register. The applicant's FIR against the accused, which he was bound to register under Section 154, was filed by the concerned PC Section HA Police Station, according to which the applicant's NC report was recorded in the booklet. And was subsequently included in the FIR. The applicant's lawyer was legally investigated by saying that in fact, the complainant's version was not properly recorded in the FIR and even the applicant's thumb impression was in the police station. An FIR record filed by the applicant was not obtained. If the applicant felt dissatisfied with the police investigation in relation to the contents of the FIR, then he could have taken appropriate remedy before it was relevant to the law.
