There is no documentary evidence to support the claim of unauthorized occupation of Article 32 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 1 (Un ()), so that the applicant claims that he has 40 years of occupation of the land he owns, Deposed in violation of section 32 of the Government's colonies. In the Land (Punjab) Act, 1912, there was no document in favor of the applicant to establish his claim of possession of the property in the disputed dispute; the applicants did not occupy the premises in the dispute, Applicant's unauthorized possession of 40 applicants was for years possession of land, could never be ground for proprietary rights purposes. Appeal for leave for appeal was dismissed accordingly.
