Source mortgages were put up for auction twice, before the judgment debtor and other protestors moved on. The auction was set aside and auction was ordered again, the judicial lender was fully aware of the auction process, the judicial debtor could not challenge the auction on that basis. This notice was sent to the wrong address, because the notice was also published, some part of the data was already published in the newspaper after adjusting the bank lender's pending liability for the decision. Bank / Decline Holder's Appeal filed by the decision-maker against the judgment of the Banking Court was rejected by the High Court on appeal dismissed.
