The dispute between the parties was of a civil nature as there was a rice crop between the parties. In case of questioning, the police authorities had thoroughly investigated the matter, which filed a negative report before the court statement. The suspects are accused of crime. As a result, false charges against the accused cannot be dismissed. The bail plea of the accused was dismissed accordingly and the leave was refused.
