Sections 9 and 19 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 12 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition Against the issuance of a Guaranteed Warrant against Loan Order The decision and the decree and decree had been finalized for the applicant not being challenged by the petitioner, when the execution proceedings were initiated against the applicant to recover the honorarium. 12 (2), was filed before the Banking Court under CPC. It was later dismissed, in order to protect itself from the execution of the order during which the order was issued and the applicant's non-bailable warrants were issued, he filed a writ petition, on the legal constitutional jurisdiction. No prosecution case was presented in favor of the applicant. Relieving him in any of these proceedings will serve no other purpose, but rather to perpetuate the constituency of injustice. National request dismissed.
