SUI SOUTHERN GAS COMPANY LTD. versus HABIBULLAH COASTAL POWER COMPANY (PVT.) LTD.

The Scope Award was declared to be suspended against the Company suspending Section & & Foreign Foreign Award and demanded that the enforcement of the award be filed without any appeal. During the hearing of the petition under the petition, the appeal was open to the judgment before the appropriate forum in the High Court; the arrangements between the parties could not sit on appeal against the award passed by the arbitrators, till the decision was pronounced. Until the party against which such award was approved, she preferred the appeal and left the same decision. However, the plaintiff company had no reason to request the High Court jurisdiction under the provisions of the Arbitration (Protocol and Convention) Act, the 1937 suit was dismissed in circumstances.
