Already, 40 percent of its non-refundable GP fund advancement was avail- able. , In accordance with the standards provided under R14 (a) (2) of the General Provident Fund Rules, 1938, and no arrangements were made for it, allowing the applicant to allow such facility a second time. The government had hidden the facts and got an order in their favor. Earlier, the GP Fund Advance was taken by him and did not disclose the entire facts. The order passed by the provincial government in favor of the applicant was misunderstood, which is not based on any principle or policy. And because of this he could be rejected to reject the decision. But the authorities were not obliged to pay it because it was an illegal decision approved by the provincial government and was unable to identify the applicant for any provision under which he was non-refundable at his present age. Can claim another payment from GP Fund.
