In the Written Examination, in November 2007, the applicant after the Written Examination had the right to appear in the interview commission as a result of the issuance of the Interview Call Letter, prior to the cancellation of the Interview Call. The petitioner was neither issued a show cause notice nor his plea hearing was not flawed in the entire exercise, but Finck's action was against all principles of justice, equality and law, resulting in justice. Had destroyed his further career, which was a legitimate candidate for such a position. The applicant should be entitled to the interview and the Commission should be instructed to take all steps at the specified time.
