Section 47 State Life Employees (Service) Regulations, 1973 Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), Section 2A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition Retention and Terms of Service The applicants were employees / former employees of the State. Was after Life Insurance Corporation. Registering the provisions of Section 2A in the Service Tribunals Act 1973, it was stated that before admitting the Federal Service Tribunal against the applicants, the employees were seeking a solution that the Supreme Court had filed against Muhammad Mubin Salam and others. Declaration of the title of Federation of Pakistan was announced. The Secretary, Ministry of Defense and others reported as PLD 20 6 SC 602, there was a case for redressal of any complaint related to these circumstances. The petitioners of the High Court also claimed that the State Life Employees ( Service) Regulations, 1973 were designed by nature. Under the applicable provisions of Article 49 of Life Insurance (Nationalization) Order, 1972, it was made a commitment by the insurance corporation that the services of the applicants in the corporation were not run under any legal rules and regulations. Article 199 of the Constitution cannot justify the jurisdiction of the High Court. Applicants should seek treatment from the appropriate forum
