The copies were kept under trial. The Land Acquisition Act, 1894, was implemented by the relevant authorities. Applicant was of the view that no suspicious action was taken in this case; he was in power as no information could be filed about the fake or illegal proceedings as the applicant failed to challenge any such action. ? Either the applicant was discharged from good faith or the same corruption was concealed, the Completion Mechanism was added to the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 to redress the grievances of those affected by the acquisition process. Therefore, such action cannot be further delayed in the constitutional application. The court, respectively, part of the constitutional jurisdiction, was not required to conduct any investigation or conduct of accounts.
