Articles 23, 24 and 199 constitutionally invalidated by the High Court by the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) without the consent of the applicant, the acquisition of the land of the applicants without proper acquisition, purchase and consideration / compensation. Declared the act to be a legal option and reversed and directed the authority to pay the applicant reasonable compensation / consideration within the stipulated period or to restore possession of his / her land.
