Section 12 Contract Act (IX of 1872), the specific performance of a contract for sale of a transfer by a Section 208 lawyer, raised the claim that an express entry by the landowner to enter into a contract to sell the attorney No power was given in which the power of attorney was saved. In the manner in which there is no doubt that the purpose for which the lawyer was appointed was to obtain alternative land and then receive the same amount of money by the landowner himself and otherwise to consider. The authority was clearly given to the lawyer. And that included part of the consideration. The plaintiff admitted that the landowner knew her personally and her son was her class fellow. They both lived in the same village, and after the sale, Appeals for appeals, decisions and orders passed by both the courts were laid aside under the claim of knowledge and the decision of the case filed by the plaintiff was granted. The second appeal was allowed accordingly.
