The definition of section 2 (2 (b) / evidence of evidence was made available to the complainant at the time of filing of the FIR with due diligence. Could not be ruled out on the basis of submission of the source. The death seat was found dead, including in a busy daylight. The victim's brother could not release the real culprit. And could not involve an innocent person in his place, therefore, the unidentified protector of the accused for more than 5/2 years was excluded, further confirming the evidence. The accountant acted as frustrated and the victim was shot from close range and the condition of the accused was maintained.
