He directed that the additional land which he had purchased from the widow of the widow be transferred to the legal inheritance of the plaintiff who was living at the time of death of his predecessor in the interests of the plaintiff. As was set aside, with no legal authority and without legal effect, the High Court directed the Board of Revenue to approve the changes in accordance with the Shariah petition, including the widow's legal heirs.
