SYED KHURRAM SHAH versus MIAN MUHAMMAD SHAHBAZ SHARIF

Sections 14 and 54 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), OER 10 (2) of the Constitution challenging the order of the Provincial Assembly, the Election Tribunal, the candidates returned by the Provincial Government and the Speaker. The Provincial Assembly on qualifications shall be enforced as a party to such application. In the election case, the party required for such an application will contest the candidates, whose papers were accepted or rejected by the Returning Officer.
