ORDER

GHULAM RASOOL SHAIKH (CHAIRMAN).

--‑The applicant is absent. Mr. Naimatullah Advocate wants to remain absent for want of instructions. Mr. Manzoor Ali for respondent No. 7.

Review is not maintainable as no such power has been conferred on this Tribunal. The principle laid down by the High Court in the decision reported in 1974 P L C 225 is fully applicable to the prevent case. So this review application is dismissed as not maintainable.

Appeal dismissed.
