Articles 3 and 5 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199, constitution restoration of the possession was the legitimate owner of the disputed house and the respondent was unlawful possession of it as he had no documents related to the title. Attempts to justify illegal occupancy based on a contract sold by someone who was neither the landlord nor the owner was legally appointed lawyer.
