Section 498 Prohibited (Enforcement) Order (4 of 1979), Arts 3, 4 and 16 Criminal Procedure Code (V9 1898), bail before Section 103 arrest, private place mansion grant, were raided by police. After obtaining the first search warrant for violating both the Prohibition of Mental Offenses (Enforcement of Heads) Order 1979, and both Article 16 of Section 103, the CCPC was found to have recovered a large amount of alcohol from the manslaughter crime on which the accused was charged. It was alleged that the ban was not executed. In section 497 (1), the PC Grant guarantee was a rule in this case and the exception denied.
