The applicant further submitted that he would be satisfied if the Election Tribunal was directed to respond to the correct situation in his application during the counting process by the respondent's counsel that the first Bar bags were presented to the Election Tribunal, but no objection was raised at that time, and the petitioner stated that only afterwards to create a false defense against the respondent Election Tribunal, however, the High Court had directed that the application be made.
