Article 7 and 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973) Article 199 Dictation that the husband claimed that a case was registered for the care of the plaintiff (wife) but after the period of maturity he was not entitled to the restitution amount. And her husband did not take advantage of anything. The dowry articles, as she spent most of her time abroad, since the plaintiff's due period has passed, so after receiving remittance remittances from abroad, she was not entitled to care for her husband. So, the plaintiff was not entitled to recover the articles so the husband left abroad immediately after the marriage and did not benefit from any article of the dowry which the plaintiff (wife) had obtained from the High Court. Was in use while the constitution allowed partial decisions and decrees to the extent of retrieving dowry articles in the application Keeping maintenance allowance decision and order is maintained
