Section 16 Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance (II, Section of II), import import of the product as pesticide was not kept on the required certificate record in this regard, unless the manufacturer's trade country is in the manufacturing country. Unregistered, the product could not be imported according to the law, without any prior permission of import, could not be ascertained at the relevant time and for some reason was cleared, the department must follow the same steps. Was not obliged to run and will import when the import is not legally valid.
