Considering the proceedings issued to the accused in a private complaint, section 204 of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), sections 354A, 452, 506, 148, 149, 337A (i) (ii), L (2) and E (i). After making the complainant's affidavit statement and investigation or inquiry (if any) under Section 202 CCPC, if there is a sufficient grounds for action, the trial court summons the accused for attendance. May consider issuing orders in conjunction with the language. Sections 203 and 204, CCPC, were not found to be subject to any illegal interference or irregularity, which accordingly was dismissed by the High Court seeking a review of the criminal review.
