MUHAMMAD WAZIR versus EHSAN ULLAH

XXXVII, R 2 was based on the execution of a Pro Note for the recovery of money on the basis of the claim of the Pro Note; the fact of the plaintiff was substantiated by the fact that it failed to present the applicant and the minor witness.
