MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE versus PAKISTAN TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY LTD
Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) Appeals filed by the applicants were excluded from the appeal of the service tribunal on the basis that they were 120 from the date of expiry due to the same period of restriction. Was not filed within days. Departmental appeals filed by the applicants before the authorized authority were not ordered and on the reminder, the applicants were not informed of the decision to the authority, the applicants were informed that their department appeals to the service. Appeals filed before the Tribunal's Services Tribunal were rejected within 30 days of receipt of communication. Applicants' Court Appeals rejected, Cannot say that the Tribunal's time to stop the search cannot be said that the Appeals filed by the Applicants were timely banned, could not be retained. Appeals were converted and permission was granted, the impeachment orders passed by the tribunal were set aside and the appeals were sent to the tribunal for the same decision on my hearing after hearing the parties.
